Community Development Details

The Starwood property, located southeast of the 417 and 528 interchange, is being developed by Beachline South Residential, LLC . Beachline South Residential, LLC is managed by Mattamy Homes sharing key leadership members of the Orlando division of Mattamy Homes. According to the Community Declaration, Mattamy Homes is the builder of homes in the community of Meridian Parks.
